To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender at the customer's expense. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. NYFN Industries LLC does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NYFN Industries LLC is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. To initiate a return, contact us at glitch@nyfnapparel.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns received without prior authorization will not be processed. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. NYFN Industries LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
