PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Pre-Order Purchases

IMPORTANT: All customers must read and check the agreement box confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions before completing a pre-order purchase.

By completing a pre-order purchase on nyfnapparel.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not place a pre-order.

01 — WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that is currently out of stock or not yet shipped. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your unit before it becomes available and agreeing to all terms outlined in this document.

 

02 — PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. No partial payments, deposits, or payment plans are available. Your order is not confirmed until payment is collected in full. All prices are listed in USD.

 

03 — REFUND POLICY

Pre-order purchases are non-refundable except in the circumstance described in Section 04. All sales are final once payment is collected. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, order remorse, or sizing uncertainty.

 

04 — 30-DAY FULFILLMENT GUARANTEE

NYFN Industries commits to shipping your pre-order within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. If your order has not shipped within 30 calendar days, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund, email glitch@nyfnapparel.com with your order number and the subject line "30-DAY REFUND REQUEST." Refund requests submitted after 45 days from the purchase date will not be honored.

Shipping confirmation constitutes fulfillment of this guarantee. Carrier delays after shipment do not qualify for a refund.

 

05 — ORDER CANCELLATION

Once a pre-order is placed, you may not cancel your order unless NYFN Industries is unable to fulfill it within the 30-day window. NYFN Industries reserves the right to cancel any pre-order due to production issues, supply disruptions, or fraud prevention. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

 

06 — EXCHANGES & SIZING

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchanges prior to shipment. It is your responsibility to select the correct size at checkout. Review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

07 — PRODUCT VARIATION

Due to garment dyeing, distressing, and hand-finishing processes, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are not considered defects. Final production may reflect minor adjustments without prior notice.

 

08 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NYFN Industries' liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes shall be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.

 

09 — UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

NYFN Industries reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated effective date.
